Car Engulfed in Flames on Everett Turnpike
Reports: Driver perished in Merrimack crash; area is closed to traffic, per NHDOT.
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation is reporting about a crash on the southbound side of the Everett Turnpike at Exit 11 in Merrimack, according to an alert.
The tollbooth and at least one car are reportedly on fire, according to reports.
Fire officials are reporting on Twitter that the driver has perished as a result of the crash and flames.
