The Merrimack Fall Festival is pleased to announce that The Public Safety Lifetime Achievement Awards(Police Department) will be given to former Merrimack Police Chief William Mulligan who by example through hard work, dedication and an ability to teach, inspired others to make Merrimack a better and safer place. The award will be given on September 27th at Watson Park
