COP LOG: Teens Arrested on Drug, Alcohol Charges

Thursday, May 24, 2012

1:59 a.m.: Arrested Anthony Miranda, 22, of 1 Franconia Drive, Merrimack, for reckless driving.

1:59 a.m.: Arrested Craig Suppa, 21, of 48 Joppa Road, Merrimack, for reckless driving.

7:17 a.m.: Responded to Continental Boulevard at Route 101 A for a two-car accident. Drivers were Kenneth Pfitzenmager of Concord and Susan Wilson of Manchester. No injury was reported.

8:46 a.m.: Arrested Thomas Rich Sr., 37, of 119 Walnut St., Nashua, for conduct after an accident, disobeying a police officer and operating after suspension.

11:25 p.m: Report of someone shooting inside the OHRV Park on Lawrence Road.

1:53 p.m.: A Woodward Road resident reports threats made against them.

2:32 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on O'Gara Drive. No injury was reported. Drivers were Juliana Albert and Brandon Seaver, both of Merrimack.

7:28 p.m.: Bear spotted in the area of Back River Road.

8:26 p.m.: Bear spotted in the area of Pheasant Run.

8:26 a.m.: Responded to Coventry Court where a resident complained about people on her roof.

9:51 a.m.: Complaint on Turbine Way of golfballs from Litchfield hitting a building.

12:39 p.m.: Report of two loose horses with saddles on on Amherst Road.

2:24 p.m.: Report of fraud on Daniel Webster Highway.

2:42 p.m.: Responded to Route 101A for a two-car accident. Drivers were Susan Haas of Nashua and Kenneth Pierce of Deering.

3:28 p.m.: Responded to Continental Boulevard for a report of a person who drank beer inside a store.

4:25 p.m.: Report of theft on Amherst Road.

4:58 p.m.: Responded with the fire department to Depot Street for an electrical fire.

6:54 p.m.: Report of a bear in a yard on Brenda Lane.

10:46 p.m.: Fireworks complaint on Brenda Lane.

2:09 a.m. Arrested Zachary Smalley, 18, of 6 Chadsworth Court, Merrimack, for possession of alcohol by a minor, transportation of alcohol by a minor and an open container violation.

2:09 a.m.: Arrested Brian Peterson, 18, of 21 Carriage Lane, Merrimack, for possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana.

2:09 a.m.: Arrested Kristen Tarbell, 18, of 23 Whisper Drive, Bedford, for possession of alcohol by a minor.

2:09 a.m.: Placed a subject into protective custody in connection with arrest of three others on drug and alcohol charges.

9:45 a.m.: Took information referencing a stolen boat on Holly Lane.

5:12 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a report of teens throwing eggs at cars.

7:06 p.m.: Complaint of lawnmowers riding through the trails on Old Kings Road.

7:42 p.m.: Responded to Continental Boulevard and Tinker Road for a single-car accident. Driver was Naomi Berkeley of Nashua.

7:53 p.m.: Arrested a juvenile on Cranston Circle for a domestic-related incident.

8:18 p.m.: Bear spotted near Powderhouse and Baboosic Lake roads.

9:29 p.m.: Unruly guests reported in the pool area at a location on Daniel Webster Highway.
