COP LOG: Theft of Prescription Drugs Investigated

Following are excerpts from the Merrimack Police activity log between Feb. 1 and 3, 2012.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

10:35 a.m.: Theft of prescription drugs reported on Nutmeg Lane.

1:17 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car motor vehicle accident. No injury was reported. Drivers were Robin Compagna and Nicole West, both of Merrimack.

3:26 p.m.: Responded to Baboosic Lake Road at Edgewood Ave for a two-car motor vehicle accident. No injury was reported. Drivers were Inga Michalewicz and Antonio Dipietrantonio, both of Merrimack.

4:06 p.m.: Responded to Baboosic Lake Road at Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car motor vehicle accident. No injury was reported. Drivers were Leonard Pomerleau and Jason Godin, both of Merrimack.

Thursday, Feb. 2

2:17 a.m.: Sent mutual aid to a fire on Manhattan Drive in Amherst.

8:52 a.m.: An Aspen Lane resident reported a possible scam.

8:53 a.m.: Fraud, in the form of bad checks, was reported on Daniel Webster Highway.

9:18 a.m.: Fraud, in the form of bad checks, was reported on Daniel Webster Highway.

9:33 a.m.: Assist on McElwain Street for a disorderly student.

11:21 a.m.: Arrested a juvenile on Pinewood Drive for a domestic-related incident.

12:39 p.m.: A wallet was reported stolen on Daniel Webster Highway.

2:44 p.m.: Money, credit card and keys were stolen on Henry Clay Drive.

2:50 p.m.: Report of criminal mischief on O'Gara Drive.

3:20 p.m.: Responded to Lawrence Road for a single-car accident with a fixed object. No injury was reported. Driver was Mikayla Dias of Merrimack.

4:32 p.m.: Responded to Continental Boulevard at Tinker Road for a two-car motor vehicle accident. No injury was reported. Drivers were Louis Gemellaro of Nashua and Rodney Foote of Merrimack.

Friday, Feb. 3

1:56 a.m.: Arrested Michal Elrick, 18, of 276 N. Amherst Road, Bedford, for possession of marijuana and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

2:01 a.m.: Took a subject into protective custody in relation to the arrest of Michael Elrick.

8:38 a.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car motor vehicle accident. No injury was reported. Drivers were Gary JP LeBlanc of Easton, Mass., and Staci K. Felder of Merrimack.

11:50 a.m.: Took a report of fraud on Back River Road.

2:10 p.m.: A Drouin Way resident reported a harassing phone call and scam.

3:30 p.m.: Responded to Amherst Road for a two-car motor vehicle accident. No injury was reported. Drivers were Jeffrey Grunewald and Scott Jowdens Jr., both of Merrimack.

5:41 p.m.: Responded to a single-car accident with a fixed object on Jessica Drive. No injury was reported. Driver was Stephen Katsigianis of Amherst.
