Earlier today, police were called to the complex for a report of an assault.

A caller reported to 911 that Mariscal had allegedly assaulted a 7-week old infant. Police headed to the home at around 2:30 a.m. and met with the baby’s mother. Police secured her and the baby until Merrimack Fire and Rescue teams arrived at the scene.

The baby was transported to Elliot Hospital for treatment.
