Cops: Merrimack Woman Threatened Boyfriend with a Knife
Nicole Lemay was arrested earlier this week and held on cash bail.

A local woman was arrested on May 25, 2015, after a domestic disturbance at her home on Birch Street, according to the Merrimack Police.
Nicole Lemay, 42, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-criminal threatening. According to police, officers were sent to a report of an active domestic situation between a couple at the home at just before 6:30 a.m. When they arrived, they spoke with Lemay and her boyfriend and after a brief investigation, arrested Lemay.
“It was determined that Lemay had threatened her boyfriend with a knife,” according to Sgt. Foley in a press statement. “Lemay was arrested and transported to the Merrimack Police Department for processing.”

She was held on $5,000 cash bail and transported to the Valley Street Jail. She was scheduled to be arraigned on May 26.
