Officers were sent to Turnbuckle Lane for a report of a domestic incident. When they arrived, according to Sgt. Joseph Goodridge of the Merrimack Police, “Smith was yelling vulgarities in the hallway within the building and was ordered to stop.” An officer attempted to take her into custody after she allegedly continued to swear but she physically resisted. Eventually, the officer was able to take her into custody and she was charged.

Smith is due in court on Oct. 8.
