Officers caught up with the vehicle turning onto Daniel Webster Highway and stopped the vehicle.

“While speaking with Kush, officers observed signs of impairment and after an investigation arrested Kush for OUIL,” said KillKelley. “In her vehicle were two children, ages 5- and 7-years-old. They were later released to another family member.”

Kush was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 22.
