Crash Leads to OUI Charge
Merrimack Police arrest Klanesha Landry on a warrant after an accident on Daniel Webster Highway.

A local woman is scheduled to be arraigned in court tomorrow after being arrested last week for drunk driving.
Klanesha Landry, 25, of Sunnydale Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Nov. 26, 2015, on a single count of operating under the influence of liquor.

On Nov. 24, 2015, officers were sent to a motor vehicle accident at around 10 p.m. on the Daniel Webster Highway, near Front Street.
An officer made contact with the driver, Landry, and alleged that she smelled like alcohol and showed signs of impairment. She was arrested after a brief investigation, according to police. However, during the booking process, officers determined that she might need medical assistance, and she was transported to the hospital by Merrimack Fire and Rescue teams.

Police issued a warrant for her arrest and she was picked up around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 26, according to police. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Merrimack District Court on Dec. 1.
