One of the factors Estheticians use to determine a client's customized treatment plan is the Fitzpatrick scale. The Fitzpatrick scale was developed by Thomas B Fitzpatrick, a Harvard Dermatologist in 1975 and it is a numerical classification for global skin tones and the way it responds to UV rays. The scale ranges from I-VI from very sensitive to least sensitive to UV.
Check in each day for a different Fitzpatrick type and try to determine what type you are.
