Disabled Vehicle Leads to Drug Charges Against Nashua Men

Merrimack Police arrest Justin Widtfeldt, Michael Tidwell for heroin, pills, and marijuana.

Two men were arrested last week after an alleged incident on Daniel Webster Highway near Baboosic Lake Road.

According to police, the officers came upon a disabled vehicle in the road and when they approached, found two subjects outside of the car and one down in the rear seat.

“When speaking to the three subjects they appeared to be impaired by some type of drug,” according to Sgt. Ted Dillon of the Merrimack Police Department. “At this time they were all placed into protective custody for their own safety.”
