The fun of it is that really it becomes a wish list of the things people want to see come to town, realistic or not. It's fun to dream, right? We know a new supermarket tops that list, but what else do you think would make Merrimack a better, more fun, convenient, or interesting place to live?
Feel free to be creative. It could be a long shot, but perhaps your idea kicks around another idea that actually becomes a viable option.

We're kicking off the series with a big one, because it's an obvious one.
Zyla's.
This former retail center and auction house The auction was called off however, as a buyer approached just ahead of the event. However, the buyer reportedly walked away before finalizing the sale.
According to the information provided by the Paul McInnis Inc., which was to handle the auction, Zyla's, located at 526 Daniel Webster Highway "is a 65,354 square foot warehouse that has been constructed in various stages over the past 40 years. This parcel totals 8.53 acres with 384 feet of frontage with two curb cuts and 183 feet of highway frontage on the Everett Turnpike."
