Another day, another fugitive caught.
This time, it’s Anthony Michael Kay, 46, formerly of Manchester, who has been on the run since June.
According to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, Kay was being sought for an outstanding federal warrant for the violation of the terms of his supervised release. Previously, he was convicted of distribution of heroin and cocaine in 2012 and served 21 months.

However, a break came in the case recently when marshals received tips that he might be possible be in the Somerville Street area of Manchester. After some surveillance, Kay was seen at a local home and task force members moved in and arrest him. Kay was taken to the Merrimack County House of Corrections where he stayed until being arraigned in U.S. District Court later today in Concord.
White noted that along with marshals and the Manchester Police Department, Rockingham County Sheriffs and Greenfield Police assisted with the arrest.
