Empty Bowls Merrimack High 2018

Come enjoy art and food and feed the hungry.

The 8th Biennial Empty Bowls Community Supper will be held at Merrimack High School Cafetorium on Wednesday March 28th from 6-8pm.

Empty Bowls is an international arts project where money is raised to help feed the hungry through the making and purchasing of ceramic bowls. Everyone is invited to come to the supper, purchase a bowl for $13 and have as much soup in it as they want. Soup is donated by area restaurants and the Family and Consumer Science department among others. Local business donate also donate bread, paper goods and drinks for the event.

All the proceeds will provide over 7000 meals for the hungry. The Merrimack food pantries at St John Neumann Church and St James Methodist Church receive the donations.
