
Teresa Aldridge and Julie Welch are the speakers at the May meeting of the Profile Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). They will present steps to ensure your event is a success. From inception to actuality, these accomplished planners will offer tips for success, identify potential pitfalls, and offer suggestions to avoid them. They will also explain the importance of a debrief after the event concludes.
Teresa is a Senior Executive Assistant at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Manchester, NH and Julie Welch is Senior Executive Assistant at Fidelity Investments in Merrimack, NH. Each has produced hundreds of events from Board Meetings to Town Hall meetings to offsite, multi-day meetings for business and pleasure. Both Teresa and Julie are members of IAAP’s Profile Chapter.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Country Inns & Suites by Carlson, 250 South River Road, Bedford, NH (www.countryinns.com/manchesternh). Profile Chapter meetings are held monthly from September – June on the first Wednesday of the month from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, and include networking, dinner, an educational program, and a business meeting. Guests can attend the first two meetings for free; the meal is optional. An RSVP is appreciated for planning purposes.
