On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Merrimack Crimeline will host its 13th annual golf tournament at Souhegan Woods in Amherst. Proceeds help provide the caller-ID free phone tip line, and web tips www.merrimackcrimeline.org, payment of rewards made from arrests resulting from a tip, college scholarships for students planning to move on to public service-related fields, neighborhood watch education, and many other programs. Cost is $100 per golfer or $400 per team and includes greens fees, cart, lunch and awards. Sponsor opportunities are available. Registration can be secured by picking up a form at the Merrimack Police Department lobby, or Community Services Officer Rob Kelleher, 420-1853 or email rkelleher@merrimacknh.gov.
