Come share your bird or critter sightings and then join local Audubon members for a presentation by NH Fish and Game and learn about the natural history of the bobcat in our State and the Northeast. The presentation in the Theatre room in the Nashua Public library begins at 7pm. New Hampshire is one of the few states that has records dating back to 1809 when the hunters were paid a $3.00 bounty per bobcat. This bobcat management program was terminated in 1973, when regulated hunting was established, in place until 1989. Since 1989, hunting and trapping of bobcat is illegal. Come learn more.
