According to police, back on Dec. 8, 2015, Flores’ 2008 Hummer H2 was put on the back of a tow truck to be removed from the area.
“Mr. Flores did take exception to his vehicle being towed and jumped into the driver’s seat,” according to Sgt. Ted Dillon of the Merrimack Police Department. “He started the vehicle and drove it off the tow truck, which caused damage to both his vehicle as well as the 2015 Dodge Ram 4500 tow truck.”
