According to an arrest report, officers were called to a domestic incident on Pembroke Road at around 4:45 p.m.

When they arrived, a woman was in a pickup truck leaving the scene and was stopped. The woman, Rich, allegedly stated that she and a relative got into a fight earlier. She reportedly stated that she was cooking and a fire started in a pan. She threw the pan outside in the rain and there was some kitchen damage due to the fire.

At the time, according to the report, Rich was in another room, came out, and saw the fire. The relative arrived not long after, saw the damage, “flipped out,” and told her to leave, according to the report.

They both reportedly argued about the incident and items were thrown around and Raven then allegedly pushed the other woman twice.

The officers went to speak to the other woman about the incident and she stated that she got home, saw the fire damage, and they began to argue. At some point during the argument, she stated, she went to take the license plates off Rich’s vehicle and Rich allegedly started throwing items at her vehicle and pushed her. So, she called police.

Police also spoke to two other witnesses who were at the scene, according to the report.

After speaking about the incident again with Rich and asking about alleged drug use, she was arrested. Before being cuffed, Rich allegedly handed over a bag of marijuana that was in her bra, according to the report.

Rich is due to be arraigned in court on Nov. 2.
