Fire Warning Still in Place but Rain is on NH's Horizon
No burn alerts in place statewide through this evening; cooler temperatures are also expected soon.

The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook this morning warning residents of the Granite State that the state no burn fire warning was still in place.
“Very dry weather will continue today,” the alert stated. “Fires can start easily because the fine fuels are almost completely dried out. However, winds will be lighter today than the last couple of days so the potential for rapid fire spread will be lower.”
Numerous fire departments have also issued warnings on social media that no burning is allowed during this time period due to the conditions. The alert runs through this evening for the entire state of New Hampshire.
