This is year, do your hair a treat by following  Hairthurium's  tricks and tips for a frightfully fabulous Halloween look! We’ve got several great ideas on what you can be this year, and we’ve got the professional hair styling tricks to finish off your look.

But, before we get to the costumes, get to washing and conditioning your hair with great products like Redken and Pureology's Moisturizing and Hydrating shampoo and conditioner at 20% OFF!

Then, get to creating  a hairstyle to bolster any one of the fabulous Halloween costume ideas we’ve got cooking below:

Fair maiden of Medieval times—Don your best Renaissance garb and get the tresses everyone in the kingdom will be jealous of by applying mousse to damp hair. Tousle your hair as you blow dry it, and use a curling iron to wind one-inch sections of hair. Hold each section under the heat for about 30 seconds before sliding your hair off the iron. Separate the ringlets with your finger to get va-va-va voom waves that you spritz to stay in place. Consider, too, taking small sections of hair from each side and braiding them toward the crown of your head. Fasten the braids with pins and presto, you’ll be the fairest looking maiden at your Halloween bash!

I’m a genie in a bottle—Get a classically chic look for Halloween 2013 by pulling your hair back in a high, tight ponytail. Take one small section of hair and wrap it around the elastic, and pull the hair tout before fastening it in place with a couple of strategically placed bobby pins for an I Dream of Jeannie Dream do!

Holly Golightly—We’re talking Breakfast at Tiffany’s dahling! Whether you’re going as Holly Golightly or her real-life counterpart, the ever chic and classically coiffed Audrey Hepburn, you’ll be sitting oh-so-pretty this Halloween with a fabulous up-do. To get a Fifth Avenue look, spray your tresses with volumizer. Part your hair and bring it across so it’s slicked from ear to ear. Take the top section of hair around the crown and twist it up until you can fasten it securely with bobby pins. Tuck the ends of the twisted hair under itself and secure with bobby pins. Then, give your up-do tremendous staying power with a good dose of hairspray.
