Police allege that on Sept. 20, while in the parking lot of the Home Depot on Route 101A, Ruggiero allegedly “struck a parked vehicle with a vehicle he was operating and left the scene without reporting the damage to that vehicle’s owner or the police,” according to Capt. Peter Albert of the Merrimack Police Department.

A warrant was taken out for his arrest and he turned himself two weeks ago. Ruggiero was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due to be arraigned on Oct. 15.
