Guinta to Hold Town Hall on Social Security Proposal
Dec. 14 meeting will discuss the SENIORS Act, a bill the Rep co-sponsored with U.S. Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, D-AZ.

MANCHESTER, NH - U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta, R-NH, will host a Manchester town hall next Monday at the Carol Rines Center, according to a press statement, in order to discuss SENIORS Act.
“Seniors will learn about my efforts in Congress to obtain a Social Security cost-of-living increase for them,” he said. “They shouldn’t have to choose between rent and groceries. We’ll talk about the subject on everyone’s mind, recent terrorist attacks and the refugee crisis.”
Rep. Guinta recently introduced the SENIORS Act to grant Social Security recipients a one-time, fully paid for cost-of-living (COLA) increase, after the Social Security Administration announced beneficiaries would receive none in 2016. The Manchester town hall will be Rep. Guinta’s 13th this year. It will be open to the media and take place at the following location:
