Habitual Offender from Nashua Arrested for OUI
Merrimack Police bag Ricky Comtois on multiple counts after he allegedly peeled out of the Hawthorn Suites parking lot.

A local man was arrested yesterday morning on numerous charges after police allegedly saw – and heard – him driving recklessly.
Ricky Comtois, 46, of Stonebridge Drive in Nashua, was arrested on March 22, 2015, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, subsequent offense, habitual offender, operating after a suspended, second offense, reckless driving, open container, and resisting arrest.
According to police, an officer observed a motor vehicle driving “at a high rate of speed” and “spinning its tires” in the parking lot of the Hawthorn Suites Hotel on Daniel Webster Highway. The driver, Comtois, was stopped and after a brief investigation, arrested for OUI. Other charges were added later, according to police. He’s due in court on March 24.

According to online reports, Comtois has had a number of run-ins with the law.
In January 2009, according to The Lowell Sun, he was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting, and driving while intoxicated, in Nashua. In March 1988, he was arrested by Merrimack Police for speeding and other driving charges.
