High School Teacher Shared Nude Photos, Videos with Student: Cops
Breaking: Merrimack Police allege that Robert Wiley of Milford also met with one of his students and solicited naked photos from the victim.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local teacher has been arrested on numerous charges after a pornography investigation with one of his underage students, according to police. Robert T. Wiley, 63, of Milford, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2016, for criminal solicitation to the manufacturing of images of child abuse images, a felony, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to Lt. Denise I. Roy, Wiley was arrested on a warrant after investigating claims that he was allegedly involved with a student.

“During the investigation, members of the criminal investigation bureau learned Wiley had been meeting, and conversing with a child under the age of 18 years, who was also found to be Wiley’s student,” Roy alleged. “On several occasions, Wiley solicited naked photos of the victim, as well as supplied images and videos to the victim of himself manipulating his genitals.”

Wiley was released on $20,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit, Merrimack Division Court on Dec. 1, for his arraignment.
Parents received a recorded notification about the arrest and charges this afternoon from Principal Kenneth Johnson of MHS. Wiley, he noted, has been on administrative leave since the investigation started and will be retired from the system, effective Oct. 13.
