Hollis Man Arrested on on Marijuana Charge in Merrimack

Police arrest Ryan Hoynacki after a report of a suspicious vehicle at a business; he was arrested on cocaine, morphine charges in April.

A Hollis man is expected in court next month after allegedly being arrested for marijuana.

Ryan Hoynacki, 23, of Laurel Hill Road in Hollis, was arrested on July 23, 2015, after police were sent to a suspicious motor vehicle complaint at a local business.

An officer made contact with two subjects and questioned them about why there were in the area. Hoynacki was later arrested after allegedly handing over a plastic baggie containing marijuana to the investigating officer.

Hoynacki was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Aug. 6.

According to online reports, in April, Hoynacki was arrested in Lawrence, MA, and charged with illegal possession of cocaine, trafficking morphine, and a defective equipment violation, after a traffic stop on South Broadway.

Hoynacki was also arrested last year on driving charges, according to a post on Amherst NH Patch.

In May 2012, he was arrested in Hollis and charged with with facilitating an underage alcohol party, Class B misdemeanor, unlawful possession of alcohol, a violation, and possession of the controlled drug marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor.
