Household Fight Leads to Charges Against Merrimack Man

Adam Boynton is due in court next month to answer to domestic violence charges after an alleged incident at a home in town two weeks ago.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man was arrested last week on a domestic violence warrant after allegedly assaulting a family member, according to police. Adam Boynton, 33, of Merrimack, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2016, for domestic violence and criminal mischief-domestic.

On Oct. 3, officers were sent to a local address for a domestic incident. During an investigation, police learned that Boynton allegedly struck a “household/family member” and also damaged a hutch inside of the home.

Lt. Ted Dillon of the Merrimack Police Department noted in a press statement that a warrant was issued for Boynton and he was arrested a week later.

Boynton is due in Merrimack District Court on Nov. 10.
