The Merrimack Premium Outlets will open in just six weeks.
On Thursday afternoon, officials from the Merrimack Premium Outlets and Merrimack town officials joined U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta, R-NH, on a tour of the work going on to get the Merrimack Premium Outlets finished for the grand opening now six weeks away.
Merrimack Premium Outlets General Manager Elaine Devine says everything remains on track for and ribbon cutting. leased and she has every expectation that every tenant that has leased a store to date will be ready for the grand opening.
On Thursday, as Guinta walked around with Town Manager Eileen Cabanel, Town Council Chairman Tom Mahon, Devine, and Outlets Assistant General Manager Aylin Felch, construction workers for the Premium Outlets and construction workers for the various shops bustled about working on interiors and exteriors.

Devine said the architects were careful to design the open air mall to reflect the character of New Hampshire. The awnings above the walkways between stores are even designed to look like the tops of New Hampshire's covered bridges.
