Independent Karate School supports Rock'n Ribfest Friday through Sunday

Have you ever been to the Nashua Rotary West's major fundraising event of the year, Rock'n Ribfest?  If so, you've seen the Independent Karate School's charitable event support team in action.

Each year, the Independent Karate School organizes teams of volunteers to help with the logistical work that makes a large event like the Ribfest possible.  We help with setup, we help with breakdown, and in between . . . well, mainly we haul trash to the dumpster.  It's hard work, but someone has to do it!  The funds raised at this event help to support the Independent Karate School Scholarship (awarded each year to a college-bound IKS student who has attained the rank of black belt) as well as many other worthy causes in our area.

This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, teams from the Independent Karate School will be on hand at the Ribfest once again, doing all we can to make the event run smoothly.  Come out to enjoy the food and the music, and look for us in our light blue T-shirts!
