JMUES Students Celebrate Walk to School Day
International event meant to promote fitness and have fun.
On Wednesday, Oct. 5, under blue skies and bright sunshine, approximately 50 students and staff participated in International Walk to School Day. The students, along with communities from all 50 states, walked to school in an effort to promote fitness and have fun. The walk from the high school to JMUES culminated in a brief celebration in the gymnasium. Special thanks to Merrimack Police officer Mike Murray, along with several staff members who helped to make this event a success.
