Kerkhoff Appointed Sales Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Manchester Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Maggie Kerkhoff has been appointed sales manager of the company’s Manchester office. Kerkhoff will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of 16 sales associates serving Manchester, Merrimack, Bow, Nashua and the surrounding communities in Southern New Hampshire.

Kerkhoff was previously a top-producing sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Amherst, N.H.

Licensed to sell real estate in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Kerkhoff affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage nine years ago. She quickly distinguished herself, earning several awards for her sales accomplishments. Most recently, she received the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Circle award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 5 percent of approximately 82,200 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® system.

Kerkhoff has served on the board of directors of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors and is currently serving as its secretary. A resident of Hollis, Kerkhoff is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Mass., and earned a law degree from Suffolk University in Boston.
