Merrimack Police pick up James High on a warrant.

A man was arrested yesterday after allegedly threatening a person in the area of Country Club Lane in the early morning hours of March 8.
James P. High, 49, of Brookfield Drive in Merrimack, was arrested on March 9, 2015, and charged with criminal threatening, trespass, and resisting detention.
According to an arrest report, police looked into an allegation that High had “threatened to physically harm the victim and entered the victim’s property, without permission and/or authorization, when the alleged threat took place” at around 12:40 a.m. on March 8.

Lt. Matthew Tarleton of the Merrimack Police Department alleged that, “upon attempting to question High about the allegations at his residence, he eluded police by retreating into his home and refused to discuss the incident.” A warrant was issued and High turned himself in to police without incident. He was released on personal recognizance bail and arraigned earlier today.
In November 2010, according to the Cabinet.com, High was arrested for criminal threatening-domestic violence.
