Londonderry Woman Charged with Theft in Merrimack

Police allege that Elizabeth Flynn concealed an item inside a bag from a store at the Merrimack Premium Outlet mall last month.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local woman was arrested yesterday after an alleged shoplifting incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlet mall last month, police noted in a press release. Elizabeth Flynn, 63, of Severance Drive in Londonderry, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking.

Police allege that on Oct. 25, a store at the mall reported a theft where a woman reportedly concealed an item inside of a bag. The item was valued at under $100, Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department noted in the statement. An officer investigated the incident and later, issued a warrant against Flynn and she turned herself in to police.

Flynn was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 8.
