Lynch, Guinta Will Visit Merrimack Today

The two politicians will make six stops between them at businesses, with community groups and one of Merrimack's schools.

Merrimack will see a lot of attention from two of New Hampshire's highest ranking politicians today when Gov. John Lynch and U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta conduct several local visits.

Lynch will attend the 7:30 a.m. Merrimack Rotary Club meeting this morning as the featured guest speaker.

According to Jane Hoover, who will introduce Lynch at the meeting, she has no idea what exactly he plans to discuss in his address. He will be given 20 minutes to speak followed by 10 minutes of conversation.

She thought it was likely the accident that Lynch, his wife Susan, State Trooper Scott Frye and Manchester Firefighter Keith Knight assisted at in Massachusetts over the weekend would come up in the question and answer period, as Frye will be in attendance at the meeting as well.

But other than that she could only suppose what the outgoing New Hampshire goveror might speak about.
