Man Arrested for Hit and Run Accident Earlier in August
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Merrimack Police, on Friday, arrested a 37-year-old Manchester man for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident he is said to have caused on Daniel Webster Highway on Monday, Aug. 6.
Police say they arrested Jason M. Sullivan, of 495 Old Wellington Road, Manchester, at the Bedford Police Department, for conduct after an accident. Sullivan had been arrested by Bedford Police on an unrelated and unspecified matter.
Sullivan is alleged to have sideswiped a car while driving on Daniel Webster Highway at the beginning of the month and after pulling over into the breakdown lane, Sullivan then took off when the other driver also pulled over, before exchanging any information, police say. They were able to obtain a warrant for his arrest based on information given after the accident. Sullivan was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Sept. 11.

Also arrested recently were:
Brandon Malloch, 17, of 1 Aspen Lane, Merrimack, on a single charge of burglary. Police say Malloch surrendered to police on Aug. 18, just before 8 a.m. on a burglary warrant issued out of the Merrimack Police Department. Malloch allegedly stole money from an apartment on London Court and was spotted fleeing the home, by the resident who recognized Malloch as a friend of a family member, police say. Malloch was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment before the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Sept. 4.

Terri Lee Shepard, 40, of 7 Miami St., Nashua, for operating under the influence of liquor and OUIL per se Aggravated. On Aug. 17, at approximately 10 p.m., a member of the Merrimack Police Department stopped a motor vehicle on the Daniel Webster Highway for a motor vehicle violation. The investigating officer noticed signs of impairment while talking with the driver, Shepard, and arrested her after she failed a field sobriety test, police say. Shepard was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 4, to answer to the charges.
