Man Charged After Nashua Woman's Death in Merrimack

The driver of a dump truck that smashed into a Nashua woman’s SUV earlier this month, reportedly causing her death, has been charged, according to a post in the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Kyle Witty, 43, of Squag City Road in Cornish, was charged with manslaughter after his truck collided with Elizabeth McQuinn’s SUV on Route 101A in Merrimack on July 16. She died at the scene.
