The speed – according to Sgt. Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department – read 60 mph on the officer’s radar.

“When the officer turned around and attempted to stop it, the operator attempted to elude the officer through a neighborhood, and hide his motor vehicle in a driveway at a residence he was not familiar with,” Cassell alleged. "Upon being located, the operator was identified as Buss. He was placed under arrest without incident, transported to the Merrimack Police Department, and charged accordingly.”

Buss was later released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on June 16.
