Manchester Man Arrested on Assault Charges
Merrimack Police allege that Felipe Olinger assaulted his girlfriend twice.

A Queen City man was arrested earlier this week after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
Felipe Olinger, 30, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, was arrested on July 19, 2015, on two counts of domestic violence-simple assault.

According to police, a warrant was issued against Olinger after police went to Wilson Hill Road in July 18, for a report of an assault.
Police arrived at the scene, spoke with the involved party and witnesses, came to the conclusion that Olinger allegedly assaulted his girlfriend on two occasions.

“Olinger had fled the scene prior to the arrival of police,” according to Sgt. Foley of the Merrimack Police Department “A warrant was issued for two counts of domestic related simple assault.”
Olinger was arrested in Manchester and transported to the Merrimack Police Department the next day. He was released and scheduled to be arraigned yesterday.
Back in March 2012, Olinger was arrested in Nashua on driving charges and a warrant, according to a post on Nashua NH Patch. Last March, he was arrested in Manchester on felony criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges after an incident in a bar.
