Manchester Man Arrested for Drunk Driving

Merrimack Police stopped David Barry this morning for speeding.

A Queen City man was arrested this morning for allegedly drunk driving, according to police.

David Berry, 24, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 22, 2015, for aggravated operating under the influence-liquor.

According to police, Berry was reportedly speeding and stopped by an officer. After stopping him, the officer alleged that he showed some signs of impairment. After a brief investigation, he was arrested for OUIL.

Berry was taken to police headquarters, processed, and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Nov. 3.
