Manchester Man Arrested for Mischief, Trespass

Merrimack Police arrest Alexander Twardosky after incident on Valley View Drive.

A man formerly from Merrimack will be in court next week after he allegedly damaged a muscle car at his former home.

Alexander Twardosky, 21, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2015, for criminal mischief-domestic related and criminal trespass.

Police were called to Valley View Drive during the early morning hours of Jan. 27, for a report of family members complaining that Twardosky had allegedly damaged a 2010 Ford Mustang that was parked in a garage.

The incident occurred after an argument with Twardosky allegedly fleeing the area on foot. Officers were called to the home and found a set of footprints heading into the woods behind a neighbor’s home.

“Using the snowfall from the blizzard to their advantage,” noted Lt. Dean KillKelley. “Officers were able to follow the tracks for just over a mile where the prints lead them to a garage at a home on Timber Lane where Twardosky was located inside hiding behind a motorcycle.”

He was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail. Twardosky is due in court on Feb. 10.

Previously, Twardosky was arrested in September on a theft charge.
