Manchester Man Arrested for OUI
Merrimack Police allege that Cory Lemay was driving erratically on Baboosic Lake Road.

A local man was arrested yesterday afternoon for allegedly operating under the influence and other charges, according to police.
Cory Lemay, 27, of Cavalier Country Lane in Manchester, was arrested on July 6, 2015, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, possession of a narcotic drug, and open container.

An officer near Hancock Lane and Baboosic Lake Road stopped a vehicle for reportedly driving erratically.
The driver, Lemay, allegedly appeared to be impaired and after a brief investigation, was arrested. Before his vehicle was towed, police took an inventory of the vehicle and allegedly found open containers of vodka and Darvocet.

Lemay was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on July 14.
