Manchester Man Arrested on Restraining Order Violation
Merrimack Police charge Daniel Forget for allegedly violating a protective order at the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall.

A Manchester man was in court this week facing a violation of a protective order charge after an incident at the mall last month.
Police arrested Daniel Forget, 25, of Country Club Road in Manchester, on Sept. 14, 2015.

According to police, officers were sent to the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall at just before 11 a.m. after a woman alleged that Forget was in the area of her place of employment, allegedly in violation of a protective order keeping him 300 feet from her.
Officers searched the mall and allegedly found Forget at another shop and arrested him. He was arrested and immediately brought to an arraignment. He was released later on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.

According to police, his trial was scheduled to begin this morning.
