Manchester Woman Arrested on Alcohol, Marijuana Charges

Erica Rosher was arrested in Merrimack earlier this month.

A local woman is due in court next month to face two charges after being arrested by police on Daniel Webster Drive.

Erica Rosher, 20, of Valley Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 9, 2015, for possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

According to police, officers received a tip about a suspicious motor vehicle parked on the drive and headed to the area to investigate the claim.

The officer made contact with Rosher, who was in the vehicle at the time. After speaking with her, she was arrested.

“As a result of the investigation Rosher was placed under arrest for internal possession of alcohol by a minor,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis. “During the booking process an inventory of her property was completed it was determined that Rosher was in possession of marijuana.”

According to police, Rosher is due to appear in court on Sept. 10.
