According to Deputy Marshall Jeffrey White, the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force was conducting surveillance and interviews around Manchester and other areas of the region yesterday in an effort to develop leads to Dearborn’s whereabouts. During the course of the investigation, marshals learned that he was reportedly staying with a cousin in an apartment at the corner of Bridge and Union streets.
“Once in the area, Dearborn was quickly located and arrested in his cousin’s apartment without incident,” according to White.

Dearborn was transported to the federal courthouse in Concord for processing, holding, and arraignment. Along with marshals and the Manchester Police, Strafford and Rockingham County sheriffs were involved in the apprehension of Dearborn.
According to White, nearly 6,100 arrests have been made via the Fugitive of the Week media partnerships since 2002.
