Martha's Vineyard Man Busted on Drug, Driving Charges
Merrimack Police arrest Sean Wilcoxson after a motor vehicle stop on the Daniel Webster Highway.

MERRIMACK, NH - Police arrested a Massachusetts man earlier this week after he was stopped for being in an unauthorized location and later, allegedly unlicensed to drive, according to a report.
Sean Wilcoxson, 28, of Pennywise Patch in Edgartown, MA, was arrested on Jan. 3, 2016, and charged with operating with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance.

At just before 3 a.m., according to a report, police stopped a motor vehicle on the Daniel Webster Highway after observing the vehicle in “an unauthorized location,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department.
After stopping the vehicle and running Wilcoxson’s information, the officer found him to have a suspended license in the Bay State and he was arrested. During an inventory check, marijuana was allegedly found in the vehicle and a possession charge was added.

Wilcoxson was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Merrimack District Court on Feb. 4, 2016.
Wilcoxson, according to published reports, was arrested in 2008 for allegedly being involved in a string of smash-and-grab robberies and was spotted by an off-duty Barnstable Police officer.
