“Late last spring, police began fielding complaints from residents that they had tracked packages they had ordered and shown to have been delivered from all the major carriers only to find they had been stolen from their respective buildings,” Park said. “After conducting interviews and working with Bowers Landing management personnel, police executed a search warrant on a former tenant’s apartment where Klier had been temporarily staying and recovered some of the items which had been reported stolen.”
Police issued a warrant for Klier’s arrest last June and she was finally arrested yesterday. She was held on $5,000 cash bail.
