Everything you need to know about the town and school elections in Merrimack, New Hampshire, on April 12.

MERRIMACK, NH — Voters in Merrimack go to the polls on April 12 to make decisions about town and school budgets as well as political positions, warrant articles, and more.
Here is everything you need to know.
Voting
The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Where Do I Vote?
Merrimack has three polling locations:
- James Mastricola Upper Elementary School, in the All-Purpose Room at 26 Baboosic Lake Road.
- St. John Neumann Church, 708 Milford Road (Route 101A)
- Merrimack Middle School, 31 Madeline Bennett Lane.

Town Articles
Article 2: $10.1 million for wastewater treatment upgrades.
Article 3, petition: $3 million for drainage and road repairs to the Woodland Drive area.
Article 4: $36.2 million town operating budget with a default budget of $34.4 million.
Article 5: $1.95 million to the capital reserve-expendable trust fund for equipment and other repairs not included in the town budget.
Article 6: $500,000 for sewer infrastructure and capital reserve fund.
Article 7: Collective bargaining agreement for two years of wage increases for the Teamster Local 633 for DPW and other workers.
Article 8: Charter amendment to appoint two alternative members for 1-year terms to the Trustee of the Trust Funds.

Article 2: Accept gifts on behalf of the district
Article 3: $1.25 million for raised agreed to in a collective bargaining agreement with the Merrimack Teachers Association.
Article 4: A call for a special town meeting if Article 3 is defeated.
Article 5: $950,000 in one-time salary adjustment to the scale for the Merrimack Teachers Association.
Article 6: $1.4 million for a roof replacement project on the Thorntons Ferry Elementary School.
Article 7: Retain year-end unassigned general funds of any fiscal year not to exceed 5 percent of the current fiscal year’s net assessment.
Article 8: $83.4 million operating budget with a default budget of $83.2 million.
