The Merrimack Business Association's Candidates Forum for Merrimack Town Council candidates will be held April 2nd from 700PM - 830PM in the Matthew Thornton Meeting Room (old courthouse). Lenette M. Peterson, has lived in Merrimack since 2001, with husband of 24 years, Erik Peterson and their two daughters, Sheila and Rebecca. Former Phys. Ed teacher, Athletic Director of Milford Christian Academy.
Has served two terms at a State Representative for the town of Merrimack. Serves on the House Judiciary Committee and was appointed Clerk of the committee in my first term. A four year member of the House Republic Alliance, and has over a 90% average voting record. Attendance score for 2013 was a 94.5% rating

Was one of five State Representatives selected for a ten day diplomatic trip to Azerbaijan and Turkey, sponsored by the Turkish Cultural Center and no New Hampshire tax dollars were spent on this trip.
I stand for less government, which would lead to less spending and lower taxes. We need some new ideas for bringing new businesses to Merrimack. Strong advocate of the Second Amendment and stands for traditional family values.
