Great Live Events Returning to Merrimack NH!
 
MERRIMACK, NH – After a significant absence, large live events are returning to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Merrimack, NH. Known for hosting the Great American Ribfest & Food Truck Festival (which will return in July 2022), the Budweiser Brewery will also showcase several events this September and October, including:

• Sept. 11 (SAT) -- NH Bacon & Beer Festival + Biergarten Afterparty, NHBaconBeer.com
• Sept. 18 (SAT) – ALT ROCK CONCERT: Gin Blossoms + Vertical Horizon, GreatAmericanConcerts.com
• Oct. 16 (SAT) – Great Oktoberfest + Biergarten Afterparty, GreatOktoberfest.com
• Oct. 17 (SUN) – COUNTRY CONCERT: Sam Grow Whiskey Bound Tour, GreatAmericanConcerts.com

 
Bacon & Beer benefits the nonprofit High Hopes Foundation. “For more than 35 years, High Hopes Foundation has provided life-enhancing experiences to New Hampshire's chronically and terminally ill children,” said board president Jill Mason.” This event is our primary fundraiser, celebrating greasy, fatty, savory bacon alongside the endless possibilities of well-crafted brews. Attendees can expect to sample from 100+ craft brews and 15 Bacon Samplers.”
 
The Great Oktoberfest benefits the local Merrimack Rotary Club, which annually supports college scholarships for local youths, Coats for Kids, Habitat for Humanity, three local food pantries, Pure Water for the World, and many other important causes. “We are so excited to host this great community event and raise some much-needed funds for local charities,” said Robert Best, past president of Merrimack Rotary. “Attendees can expect to sample from 30 Fall and Winter brews – including authentic German varieties – and taste Bavarian and European fare. It will be a lot of fun!”
 
On Sept. 18, alt-rockers Gin Blossoms and Vertical Horizon will play hits such as "Hey Jealousy", "Follow You Down", "Til I Hear It From You", "Everything You Want", "You’re A God", "I’m Still Here", and more! On Oct. 17, Sam Grow – one of Billboard's "7 Country Acts To Watch", Music Row Magazine's "Future Stars", and whose hit single "Song About You" was one of Spotify's "Best Country Songs of 2020” – will entertain country music fans!
 
All events will be held outdoors and meet or exceed current state and CDC COVID guidelines. At the current time, non-vaccinated attendees must wear masks at all times, and ALL attendees must wear masks when entering building interiors.
 
“It takes a lot of effort to put on events of this scale,” Mason said, “so we greatly appreciate our partners at Anheuser-Busch and Granite State Ambassadors, and many other supporters in the local community including T-Mobile, North Country Smokehouse, Axis Coach, Granite State Credit Union, and 92.5 The River radio.”
