Merrimack Chamber Hosts Small Business Saturday

Your purchases will support local businesses this holiday season. Local businesses need to sign up by Nov. 16 to participate.

There will be a kick-off on Saturday, Nov. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Abbie Griffin Park in Merrimack, according to the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce.

The first 100 attendees will receive a free Shop Small canvas tote bag. Everyone will be given a map of participating locations, along with a passport. Each purchase will earn participants stamps on your event passport, and each full passport can be turned in as a drawing entry. The event will run until Dec. 9, with a drawing being held at the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce’s Holiday Party on Dec. 10. Your purchases will not only support local businesses, and your community, but will also earn you chances in our cash and prize drawings!

According to Merrimack Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dawn Shepherd, “As a small business, it’s tough to compete with Black Friday deals. That’s why the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce is organizing the first ever Small Business Saturday in Merrimack. This is local businesses’ chance to increase sales and customers this holiday season.”
